Love eating steak? Well this is your moment! The nation’s best BBQ teams are descending on Kingaroy to compete in everyone’s favourite steak competition ‘The Steak Cookoff Association’ or SCA - and we are in need of judges!

In 2022, the Steak Cookoff Association is coming to BaconFest for the first time to make our SunPork Smoke Off bigger and better than ever before! The coals are hot and the meat is ready, we just need you to judge some of the country's best BBQ teams and tell us who's best.

Ticket price includes special judges shirt, a drink voucher, general admission to BaconFest, and a mouth-watering selection of BBQ'd meats from some of the top rated BBQ teams in Australia! With over 20 individuals signed up previously, that’s a LOT of delicious BBQ'd meats to judge…

SATURDAY 20th SCHEDULE:

10:00am - SCA Judges briefing (mandatory)

11:00am - Steak Category hand in

12:00pm - Anything Pink Category hand in

1:00pm - Bacon Category hand in

2:00pm - Pork Chop Category hand in

4:00pm - SCA Results Ceremony
