IA-CEPA: From Good Neighbours to Strategic Partner

The IndOz Business Conference follows the success of the IndOz Festival and Business Networking Dinners, which since 2013 have been amongst the most prestigious Indonesian events held in Australia. The IndOz Business Conference will be the first Indonesia-Australia hybrid conference and the biggest Indonesia-Australia event since the IA-CEPA entered into force last year. With speakers and participants from both Indonesia and Australia, this event will be a clear reflection of the new, more collaborative relationship emerging between Indonesia and Australia.

The Conference will provide an opportunity to learn from key players in the Indonesia-Australia business space about how to benefit from IA-CEPA, to discover practical ways to enter into the “next door” market and most importantly to build valuable networks between Australia and Indonesia. Speakers will include representatives from both the Indonesian and Australian governments and business leaders who have successfully established their businesses in the neighbouring market.

The format of the Conference will be hybrid, facilitating the participation of business and government leaders from Indonesia. Participants from Australia are encouraged to attend and network in person in Brisbane, the capital city of Queensland, the Sunshine State.
