Yet, surprisingly, many recruitment organisations continue to operate in much the same way they did two decades ago.

Deon will delve into the changing dynamics of the industry, emphasising that recruitment is no longer confined to placing job ads and sifting through applications. In today's world, it encompasses a multifaceted blend of marketing, sales, technology, and human interaction, constantly evolving for the better.
